Niec one guys. Casual Day was supported really well in my office. In fact, it became a bit of a competition to see who could outdo each other. Funnily enough, our accounts department won.

Completely agree about chilling out... with the comments..... you guys are all taking this far too seriously.... Out company all dressed in their pajamas today....Had a complete blast... Inspired by PAST I decided to wear a long T-Shirt and a pair of slip slops with a tie that was cut in half.....! Amazing how differently people interact in the work environment with a change of dress... Perhaps suits really do restrict who we really are...know that's exactly the crux of your guys views... but didn't really take it seriously until I saw it in action today... Well done....

Had a meeting with some of the auditors from Deloitte today... great to see that even the accountants dressed down! They had their stickers by the roll and could almost be mistaken for chilled out people!!! Nice guys. Impressed. Great to see big corporates getting behind this great cause. Sam

Chill out guys... it is after all a movement in honor of all things casual. So all of ya, tone down that aggression and while you're at it, tone down the your dress code! Casual Day is this Friday. So casually put yourself into some relaxed attire and support a great cause.

Wow Bronwyn, y'all are on a mission to change the world? Im-freakin'-pressive. People Against Suits and Ties? Very catchy though juvenile. So the movement is meant to have a clowny feel - that being deduced from your sense of humour comment.

"we have a skewed perception of dress codes" I'm sorry you have a skewed perception of dress codes.

As for your comments about civil workers creating a better society, that is kind of off topic. The issue here is people fretting over a non-issue such as dress codes - which is every business owners right to implement and enforce, just as it is to ensure that their resources give them bang for buck.

Oh, let me guess now you're going to fret over people being referred to as resources? Oh, oh, lets change that too. I'm starting a movement: "People Against Businesses Calling them Resources" Doesn't have the same ring to it though hey? :o)
